Overview of the Quantity Surveyor:
A local contractors, spanning London and North Kent, are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The team pride themselves in taking the initiative and providing their clients with the best possible solutions for the needs and aspirations with each given project.
The overall purpose of the Quantity Surveyor is to help to estimate costs, material quantities and timelines on construction projects.
Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Estimate and manage the costs of materials and labour on construction projects
- Liaise with site management teams across various projects
- Complete variation tracking and costings
- Analyse job costings vs budgets
- Produce job costing reports
