Due to expansion my client is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis in their Eastleigh branch. The right person will have a great attitude, be able to work well as part of an ever-growing team and have a real passion for great customer service. As an Insurance Advisor you will work on personal lines insurance, including the likes of motor, home and van policy and play a crucial part in customer retention.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with existing clients, qualifying new business opportunities, and dealing with business enquiries
- Making calls to lapsed clients and customer call back requests (No cold calling)
- Providing a personalised service both face to face and on the telephone
- Emailing documents, administration, policy changes and renewals
- Deal with objections and complaints and seek the right resolution for the customer and the business
