Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious law firm? Our client, a highly regarded firm in Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their growing Private Client team.
The Role:
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth progression of client matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and progressing client files under the supervision of the team
Drafting Wills and other key legal documents - Handling client enquiries, both over the phone and in person
- Audio typing and document preparation for fee earners
Ensuring case files are maintained and updated to a high standard
Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidate must have previous Private Client experience
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Legal Assistant in a Private Client team
- Experience handling client files and working on Wills, Probate, or Estate matters
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A high level of professionalism and client-focused approach
What’s on Offer?
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire - Hybrid working available after probation
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
