My client, a fantastic organisation and a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training programmes across the business
  • Proposing future talent programmes
  • Managing budgets for exsiting/future training programmes
  • Getting involved and supporting employee engagement

Essential Skillset:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience within a Learning & Development role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience developing and implementing multiple training programmes
