My client, a fantastic organisation and a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing training programmes across the business
- Proposing future talent programmes
- Managing budgets for exsiting/future training programmes
- Getting involved and supporting employee engagement
Essential Skillset:
- A minimum of 1 years experience within a Learning & Development role
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience developing and implementing multiple training programmes
