Finance Administrator | Part-time (3 days per week) | £30,000 – £32,000 (Pro rata) | London (Hybrid) | 12 month FTC
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the strongest names in the retail space! My client is on the hunt for a Part-time Finance Administrator to support the finance team in assisting with payment allocation, answering queries within the finance inbox and much more!
Role & Responsibilities
- Input and allocate payments
- Manage and triage customer finance queries
- Maintain data accuracy through regular account reviews
- Support team members and assist with ad hoc finance tasks
- Contribute to process improvements
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in a finance support or similar role
- Strong Excel skills, previous experience working with VLOOKUP’s
- Working knowledge of accounting systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
