A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Paid Social Manager to head up the paid social marketing team which manages all paid social advertising across the key social media platforms. The organisation is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Paid Social Manager who can assist with these continuous growth plans.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Day to day management of all ads and digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as META & TikTok
- Improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions as well as scale ad accounts to maximise campaign potential
- Manage all aspects of campaign planning, rollout and optimisation
- Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
- Regular and ad hoc reporting from ad platforms to provide insights and recommendations
- Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
- Manage a team of 4 paid social executives
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices
Personal Profile:
- Experienced in digital advertising
- Experienced in B2C / ecommerce
- Worked directly with paid social advertising including Meta platforms
- Built paid social strategies and executed
- Experienced in analysing performance and providing insights
- Passionate and focused
Package:
- Basic salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
