Are you a legal and regulatory professional with a passion for the rail industry? A respected body within the rail sector is seeking a Lead Legal and Regulatory Advisor to support the development of national rail standards and provide specialist legal advice on safety, interoperability, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of rail safety and interoperability
- Lead cross-functional legal projects within a standards and policy framework
- Engage with senior stakeholders and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Support delivery of commercial and strategic objectives
- Develop internal capability in legal and regulatory understanding
Requirements:
- Strong experience in legal/regulatory roles within the rail sector
- Skilled in business case writing and impact assessments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and think strategically
Package Includes:
- £58,000 – £65,000 basic salary
