HR Business Partner / Contract / £295 per day / Hybrid
My client, a leading insurance company, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a contract basis. This position would be ideal for somebody who has previous experience in a HR BP position, ideally within financial services, and is looking for a new challenge. You should be experienced with all aspects of HR, with a thorough understanding of UK employment law and have the ability to work with senior colleagues.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supporting over 100 colleagues in the UK and Ireland
- Be involved with a wide range of HR aspects including organisational change, recruitment, ER Cases and employee benefits
- Payroll and pension queries/ changes
- Work with overseas teams to understand relevant employment law for UK entity
- ER case management and resolution
- Business partner with senior leadership teams
Essential skills:
- Previous experience in a HR BP position, ideally from financial services
- Well rounded HR Generalist
- Strong experience with ER cases
- The ability to work independently
- Previous experience of working with a large number of employees/ senior colleagues
Package:
- £295 per day umbrella
