HR Assistant
3-Month FTC to Perm | Central London | Up to £45,000 | Office-Based
A well-established professional services firm in Central London is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide vital support across a range of HR functions including:
- Managing HR systems, templates, and trackers
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
- Drafting contracts and employee communications
- Supporting performance reviews, appraisals, and absence tracking
- Managing the HR inbox and day-to-day employee queries
- Producing HR reports and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
About You:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
- 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in professional services
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, discreet, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (IRIS HR a plus)
