A Legal 500 leading regional law firm who pride themselves on their record on diversity and inclusion, and reputation for training and promoting staff from within the business is seeking a Housing Solicitor to join the team.
Our Housing Management team has over 30 years experience in delivering legal services to social housing providers and private landlords.
Role & Responsibilities of the Housing Solicitor:
- Deal with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters including litigation and disrepair
- Deal with landlord and tenant matters
- Deliver excellent client care
Essential skills & Experience of the Housing Solicitor:
- Any level of PQE or NQ will be considered
- Experience in a housing management legal department
- Participation in marketing and networking activities
- Track record of meeting monthly billing targets
- Experience in Litigation and Disrepeair
