Customer Service Administrator / Bromley / £23,000

My client who is a leading Financial Services company are based in Bromley are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate customer centric team. This role is to provide administrative support to all from initial customer contact through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Taking customer calls, assessing enquiries and responding to requests
  • Responding to customers correspondence by letter and email
  • Liaising with Customers, third parties and internal departments
  • Process all applications on the system in line with procedures
  • Work as a team and ensure customers receive an outstanding service

 Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with working with computer programs
  • Strong attention to details and organisation skills
  • Work well with in a team

  • £21,000 – £23,000
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
