CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR’S
6-9 Month contract
Reigate
£116 per day (Umbrella)
Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days from home on completion of initial training (approx. 2-3 weeks)
My client, a world leading organisation based in Reigate are expanding their inbound phone-based team, dedicated to delivering and maintaining excellent service.
As a member of the team, you will:
·Speak directly with customers to answer questions and resolve any queries they may have, responding to emails and general admin duties
·Assist customers with registration documents
·Represent the company by maintaining high standards of customer service
·Work as part of the team to achieve call KPI’s
·Be confident, enthusiastic and resilient at all times
·Be flexible, proactive and professional
·Be a team player
·Be able to multitask between calls and emails
