Ollie began his career as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, gaining valuable experience over the course of a year before transitioning into recruitment. In early 2024, Ollie joined Insight as a Delivery Consultant, where he plays a key role in supporting consultants with resourcing candidates across the Business Operations sector, specifically for roles in administration, sales, and finance.
With a strong drive to progress, Ollie aspires to advance into a full Consultant role, continuing to develop his recruitment skills and making a meaningful impact within the company.
