Chris began his career working as an Account Manager for a website development company. He was involved in initial sales, gathering user requirements and working closely with the development team throughout the build process.
In 2006, Chris made the move into recruitment, and spent 10 years at Coal IT, a boutique IT agency in the City of London, where he first met fellow Director, Stuart. During this time, he worked his way up to manage his own team, while building up a trusted network of candidates and clients across the IT market, but was particularly successful in IT & Development, Change & Transformation and Product & Marketing.
In February 2017 he joined Stuart at Intec as a Recruitment Director, responsible for sourcing permanent and contract talent globally through Executive Search and Recruitment models.
Ready to diversify into the business recruitment sector, Chris has collaborated with fellow Directors, Stuart Kennedy and Margaret Hignell, to form Insight Select.
