Payroll Implementation & Data Assistant (6-month FTC) / London Bridge / Hybrid / £30,000 – £35,000
Overview:
My client, a leading retail specialist with offices in London Bridge, are looking for a Payroll Implementation & Data Assistant to join them for a 6-month FTC, whilst they upgrade their payroll systems. You will be ensuring all information is accurate and helping with the migration of data before their ‘go-live’ date.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of a new payroll system across the business
- Gather all relevant information and documents
- Cleanse existing data to ensure accuracy
- Work with the wider team to collect any missing data
- Help with the ‘go-live’ date and ensure everything runs within the given timeframe
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience of payroll migration, processes, compliance and implementation
- Confident dealing with data, analytically minded
- Experience with various payroll systems and software
- Great communication skills
- Ability to be discreet with confidential data
Package:
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000
