The Role
As an Order Fulfilment Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the operations team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end fulfilment process, managing data and documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from entry to dispatch
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain accurate order records and update internal systems
- Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or delays
- Support reporting and performance tracking related to order fulfilment
- Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met
You will need:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
