A Market Leader in Financial Services are currently seeking a Operations Administrator to join their team to be a key point of contact for clients when it comes to account enquiries.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients on phone and email
- Complete onboarding checks with clients
- Sending out emails to customers regarding any changes that may effect them
- Maintain and develop client database
- Liaise with internal teams regarding clients

Package:
- Up to £28,000 basic salary depending on experience
