Logistics Coordinator / £30,000 / Sevenoaks / Permanent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, competent with Excel and a fast learner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand and plan orders across 900+ stock lines
  • Monitor production and shipments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Approve shipping plans and prepare shipping/arrival data
  • Communicate supply chain updates across the organisation
  • Process inbound stock and update supplier buying schedules
  • Assist with quality issues and manage spare parts ordering
  • Process shipping documents and invoices
  • Analyse customer forecasts and integrate into demand planning

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Educated to degree standard

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in supply chain or logistics management
