Our client, a long-standing and reputable insurance provider, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Loughborough. What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Working towards individual and team KPIs and performance goals
- Providing clear, accurate information to support informed decision-making
- Supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
