A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the strongest names in the retail space! My client is on the hunt for a Head of QR / Head of Digital Programmes (FMCG) to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients to move businesses forward throughout their journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the strategy for QR codes, aligning efforts with the business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key programmes and KPI’s
- Manage and mentor the QR team, ensuring high performance and effective delivery
- Drive awareness of the business standards, advocating their value across industries
- Develop go-to-market strategies and measure adoption of QR solutions across sectors
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes and high-profile projects at scale, especially in FMCG or branded manufacturing
- Strong background in digital technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of sector trends
- Experience working cross-functionally to execute strategic plans and drive results
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence
- Commercial acumen and a passion for driving industry change

- £75,000 – £80,000 basic salary + 15% bonus
