Customer Service Advisor
Reading/Hybrid / £20,000 – £24,000 (DOE) / Permanent
 
My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have previous office-based experience and will be able to confidently support customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for any internal and external related queries
  • Processing customer orders and quote through the internal database
  • Provide pre- and post-sale customer support
  • General administration tasks that are associated with the role
  • Make sure all customer queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner

Essential Skillset

  • At least 6 months experience in an office setting
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages
  • Highly organised
  • Punctual

Package

  • £20,000 – £24,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
  • Reading, Hybrid working following from training/probation / 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
  • Excellent social events
  • Free parking onsite
