Customer Service Advisor
Reading/Hybrid / £20,000 – £24,000 (DOE) / Permanent
My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have previous office-based experience and will be able to confidently support customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for any internal and external related queries
- Processing customer orders and quote through the internal database
- Provide pre- and post-sale customer support
- General administration tasks that are associated with the role
- Make sure all customer queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner
Essential Skillset
- At least 6 months experience in an office setting
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages
- Highly organised
- Punctual
Package
- £20,000 – £24,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
- Reading, Hybrid working following from training/probation / 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
