Overview:
A Market Leader in Financial Services are currently seeking a Corporate Action Manager to join their team to ensure compliance with processes and procedures for both corporate actions and dividends.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Review working practices and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage department and team members, coach and develop
- Ensure company procedures are up to date with FCA and CASS requirements
- Assist company staff with advice on regulation and systems advice
- Working with other departments to assist them with other duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position in Financial Services
- 5 + years of experience in financial services
- Good knowledge of FCA CASS rules
- Experience working with dividends and corporate actions
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team leader who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
- Up to £55,000 basic salary depending on experience
