Compliance Executive / Rochester / £50-70,000 / Permanent
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Executive to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing and managing compliance across the organisation, ensuring all regulatory requirements and internal policies are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure global compliance with laws and regulations.
- Oversee compliance within the supply chain, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and internal policies.
- Assist the Quality Team with product compliance requirements as needed.
- Create, update, and review compliance policies to reflect legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to address compliance issues.
- Perform regular audits and monitoring of compliance activities, preparing reports as necessary.
- Serve as the main contact for regulatory agencies and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, ideally in manufacturing, distribution or mechanical electrical.
- Strong knowledge of relevant compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
