With many years of experience in the recruitment industry, she took a bold step in 2020 by founding Insight Select. As Director, Margaret now leads a thriving team of Recruitment and Delivery Consultants.
Specialising in the Business Support sector, Margaret’s team focuses on both contract and permanent vacancies across multiple industries. The team covers a broad range of sectors, including Accountancy & Finance, Customer Service, Human Resources, Insurance, Office Support, and more.
Over the years, Margaret has built strong, lasting relationships with many reputable organisations, such as AIG and Meta, contributing to Insight Select’s continued growth and success. Notably, Insight Select was shortlisted for Best New Agency at the 2023 Recruiter Awards, a testament to the team’s dedication and impact in the recruitment industry.
